The IOPA-module board S30810-Q2155-X (Input-Output Processor SCSI and Alarm-Control) enables the activation of the peripheral storage (CT / HD) within the servers. The featured item is a multi-function module board which offers the following:
- Control of SCSI-drives (i.e. Cartridge CT, Hard Disk HD)
- Interference-free coupling of SCSI-drives for testing and maintenance purposes
- Operational status- and alarm-signaling (7-segment-display)
- Battery-buffered clock
- LD keys for the uploading of ISY-system commissioning of Cartridge and CT-keys for the control of IOPA-operational status
- V.24-monitor-interface for trace- and control-purposes
- DIL-switch for the changing of operational-modes from the IOPA-function (Standard) to the IOPS-function (as earlier IOPS-BG) as well as the activation of the SIRIUS-mode
